Pasture Raised Lamb

We raise Katahdin sheep crossed with Dorper sheep. Katahdins and Dorpers have hair that they shed in the summer. The taste of the lamb is milder compared to wool sheep breeds.

The sheep graze on pastures during the spring and summer months and are fed hay during the fall and winter.
