Meatloaf
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 lb ground lamb
1 lb ground pork
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium bell pepper chopped
24 saltine crackers
2 teaspoons salt
½ cup ketchup divided
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the above ingredients and place in a loaf pan or casserole dish. Coat with a thin layer of ketchup.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
