Hot Deviled Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 – 1/2 inch thick pork chops
Olive oil
1 cup water
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 medium onion, sliced
½ cup catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Brush the pork chops on both sides with olive oil.
Brown the chops in a large over-proof skillet.
Mix the water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon juice, and onion and simmer for 5 or 10 minutes.
Add the catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.
Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325°F. Turn once half way through cooking.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
