- Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees.
- Mix together one pound ground pork, ½ teaspoon italian seasoning (or seasoning of your choice), ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional), ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese.
- Form seasoned ground pork into four patties.
- Grill on first side for about 7 minutes.
- Grill on second side for about 5 minutes.
When the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees, burger is done.
